Experience

Stan Woodworth’s 42 years of diverse legal experience proves invaluable in his practice in the areas of closely held businesses, partnerships, limited liability companies, capital formation, and real estate development.  Representing clients of all sizes, a major portion of Mr. Woodworth’s practice has been devoted to limited liability companies and residential real estate development and construction.  Through representation of sole proprietorships to publicly held companies, Stan has gained expertise in negotiating and drafting operating agreements, partnership agreements, joint venture agreements, private placement offerings of debt and equity investments, business sales and acquisitions, and in advising residential developers and home builders.

 

Prior to joining Woodworth Snow, LLC, Stan was a partner/shareholder in large Kansas City‑based law firms for 36 years.
