Arbitration and Mediation

Two attorneys with Woodworth Snow regularly serve as neutrals in the area of alternative dispute resolution. Both Chris Kurtz and Jerry Bales serve as arbitrators privately and through the American Arbitration Association, primarily in the areas of commercial, construction, and consumer disputes. In addition, Jerry serves as a mediator where he helps parties facilitate the resolution of legal disputes in commercial, construction, insurance, personal injury, and real estate matters.
